Duck eggs

Our ducks roam freely in the front lawn. They have free access to a huge pond and are fed premium duck feed.

Duck eggs are an excellent source of nutrition. They are packed with antioxidants, more omega -3 fatty acids, 50% more vitamin A, and more protein than chicken eggs. Additionally duck eggs are rich in 3 essential minerals that are natural anti-depressants: zinc, magnesium, and selenium. They also contain all essential trace elements such as iron, copper, and magnese. Let’s not forget that duck eggs are a rich source of Vitamins B and D. Vitamin B is associated with skin health, whereas Vitamin D is known to reduce the risk of depression.
